Wrocław never ceases to amaze people! The Lower Silesian city in southwestern Poland has something for everyone. But this blog isn’t about top nature places or tourist attractions in Wrocław. This write-up is more directed towards students, residents of Wrocław or those tourists who keep hunting quiet and quaint cafes in the city to hang out with friends, or experience interesting delicacies while soaking up the cosy vibes of the place.

We present before you the top cafes in Wrocław that are a must-visit for everyone in the city. These are highly reputed places to visit in the city and are known for tasteful interiors, great vibes, and classic beverages.

Here are the 6 best Wrocław cafes that everyone must visit!

1. Vinyl Cafe

If you are looking for an interesting place in Wrocław to work, Vinyl Cafe is worth considering. One of the top cafes in Wrocław, Vinyl Cafe has not-so-fancy exteriors but certainly astounding interiors. With all the ambience, some delicious hot drinks, classic retro interiors, and great music, this place comforts you in many ways.

For music, they use the vintage gramophone and cassettes, which perfectly goes with the aesthetics of the place. Another recommended cafe in Wrocław for everyone visiting or living in the city.

They oblige you when you ask them to play a certain Vinyl. Did we mention that they have some great English speaking staff too.? What more could you ask for as you plan to spend some quality productive/funtime in the heart of Wrocław city.

Address: Kotlarska 35-36, 50-120 Wrocław

2. Herbaciarnia Targowa

Herbaciarnia Targowa is Wrocław's secret treasure concealed in the vastness of the Hala Targowa (the market hall). The tea house (Herbaciarnia), with all its look and feel, transfers the essence of a charming English townhouse from the late 19th century. Located on the left side some 50-60 feet inside the market hall,  selling almost every grocery essentials - mostly from local farmers, Herbaciarnia's hushed interiors of Herbacarnia will have your attention from the moment you step into it.

The interiors have been crafted intricately with tastefully designed walls and cosy couches. Since it is a tea house, there's a wide range of delicious tea, coffee, and pie on the menu. You can't have one favourite from the menu! The ambience of this place makes it perfect to sit back, and work/study in quietude or hang out with friends. Go for it!

3. Kot Cafe

How about working and chilling in the ideal company of some of the cutest furry friends? Look no further and head to the Kot Cafe on Stanisława Dubois 25 in Wrocław. A mere 5-10 min walk from the University of Wrocław main building, this cafe is a paradise for cat lovers and those looking for different things to do in Wrocław city.

There are two Kot Cafes in the centre region, with the other one being close to Rynek. But we'd recommend the one on Dubois over the other. With a lovely atmosphere and chic interiors, all tailor-made and designed in a cat theme, this cafe is nice and comforting in its ways.

What's more? You can order from a range of coffee, pies, and smoothies! Sip on your favourite beverage, chill with friends or work quietly in a corner, and get all the attention from a bunch of super fluffy cats; this is one of the best cafes in Wrocław.

Address: Stanisława Dubois 25, 52-007 Wrocław

Hours: 11 am to 8 pm (all days)

4. Klubokawiarnia Mleczarnia

Stepping inside Klubokawiarnia Mleczarnia is more like travelling back in time! Located in the vicinity of the National Forum of Music, Mleczarnia Cafe has plenty of rustic and vintage features. The first noticeable thing on the main entrance is the facade camouflaged under colourful creepers.

All of it is duly complemented by the vintage-looking ensembles comprising wooden furniture, tables covered with hand-woven lace, with a white candle smoulder on the top. Some soothing music and the occasional sound of a coffee grinder in the background sets up the tone for a perfect work environment. Given its setting, I would highly recommend this place for a date. Just grab a corner table and soak up the classic vibe of this hidden treasure of Wrocław.

As you look through the cafe windows, some of the most beautiful streets in Wrocław - Włodkowica and the view of the historic White Stork Synagogue await you. The excellent beverages with exquisite toppings in the form of walnuts, whipped cream, cinnamon, cardamom, red pepper, mint leaves and sour cherry jam await you.

Address: Pawła Włodkowica 5, 50-072, Wrocław

Hours: 10 am to 1 am (Monday - Friday), 9 am to 3 am (Saturday - Sunday)

5. FC Cafe

Kuźnicza Street, located leading straight to the Wrocław Main square, has some of the best pubs, bars, and restaurants in Wrocław. FC Cafe on Kuźnicza street is located incredibly close to the University Main building and Rynek. Apart from being students' favourite, FC Cafe Wrocław is popular among locals too.

The cafe has rather chic interiors and a somewhat relaxed outdoor seating space attracting the attention of every passerby, at the same time offering a perfect street view of the city centre.

FC Cafe has its own charm when the nearby tenement houses are covered with snow in winter, comprising a lovely white mosaic of the area.

Coffee served in extra-large cups is worth a mention. Grab your coffee, and head upstairs towards a corner sofa to relax or work while savouring the warm atmosphere of another popular cafe in Wrocław.

Address: Kuźnicza 30, 50-138, Wrocław

Hours: 08:30 am to 09:00 pm (Monday - Friday), 09:00 am to 09:00 pm (Saturday - Sunday)

6. Kalambur Cafe

Everything about Art Cafe Kalambur is so on point! Starting from an eye-catchy entrance to the entrances and nicely done interiors, they have done everything right to be called one of the best bistro-bar and cafes in Wrocław.

Art Cafe Kalambur has separate seating arrangements for smokers and non-smokers. Moreover, they have great appealing interiors and terraces on either side. If you plan on working in peaceful and cosy environs, head to the non-smoking zone.

Though, I have to admit that the smoking zone is more tempting. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is so warm and welcoming. Music sets the tone for any plans that you might have for this place.

Located on Kuźnicza street at a stone's throw distance from the University, Kalambur is one of the top cafes in Wrocław that you must not miss.

Address: Kuźnicza 29A, 50-145, Wrocław

Hours: 12:00 pm to 02:00 am (Sunday - Wednesday), 12:00 pm to 04:00 am (Thursday - Saturday)
